Oh Dear....

Okay, so it's what the 1st of Septmember, by a few hours anyway. I just read back over my last blog (of which I promise I will write more regularly) and what have I done this year? I had such high ambitions!!

Good news is.. I'm filming the Besival again next weekend, this time the video will end up on the website and used by the Bestival people to promote their festival etc. Gonna be challenging this year, got alot to cover...B ut I can't really do a worse job than those Channel 4 loons....

Anyway, so the other thing I mentioned was that I was gonna work on two music videos...
Kinda of haven't. I can definately see them taking place in the very near future, I've already spoken to Rob about it and he seemed interested.

Anyway, what have I done with my summer?

Well I worked at RIAS for 8 weeks. Big mistake, BIG MISTAKE! Absolutley lovely people, and I didnt mind the job that much but its so creatvly draining. I just got home and wanted to collapse or die or something. Anyway, made a few dollar dollar there. I'm now gearing up to film the Bestival again.

Something totally unpredicatble has happened...
I've always been interested in Music, obviously... ha!
But last June, my friend Ben and I decided to start DJ-ing.
Now a little over a year down the line we've been a part of making Big In Japan (in my opinion) the best clubnight in Bournemouth, possibly even the best along the South Coast.Things are going from strength to strength. I've played all over Bournemouth, Southampton and Brighton... And have my eyes on London in the near future. I'm also remixing and producing tracks.

I get worried though, feeling that if I work too hard on one thing, either film or music, one will lose out. But then, why shouldn't I be able to persue multiple things. I really enjoy DJing and Producing - and it looks like its here to stay.

So updates on my agenda...

Get some tracks out there on the dancefloors.
Make the best promo video i've ever made for Bestival 2007.
Get a few Music Videos under my belt b y early next year.
Play a few gigs up in London / More in Digital in Brighton.

Good times ahead, thats all I can say.
Exciting times,

Jason
